November 12 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm| $550
A half-day program that explores the unique role and opportunities of non-family managers working within a family business.
Presented by the Australian Institute of Management and the University of Western Australia Business School.
Many of the 70% of Australian family businesses employ non-family employees. However family involvement creates a complexity for non-family managers in a family business. In this half-day program, you will examine the difference that family involvement has on working in a family business, and develop an appreciation of how non-family managers can manage their role in a family business.
